It began operations in five provinces: Kermanshah, Khuzestan, Ilam, Kurdistan, and Mazandaran, with Kermanshah as the focal point. Obtaining necessary permits for related projects such as seed production, setting up a mechanization unit, importing germplasm, conducting applied research, and recruiting experts required to implement projects were among the primary activities of this newly-established company.
