Mahidasht Kermanshah Agro-Industry Complex
This complex began operations in 1999, producing various liquid and ghee edible vegetable oils. In addition to increasing production in the refining of vegetable oils, the factory's development plans resulted in the emergence of new factories and units. This complex's operating factories are as follows: degreasing factory with a daily capacity of 2400 tons of oilseeds, established in two stages; edible lecithin production unit with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons; vegetable oil refining factory with an annual capacity 300,000-ton; Dalahu drinking water production factory

Oilseed input into factory
Samples of oilseeds entering the factory are taken and their moisture, impurity, oil percentage, and other characteristics are determined. They enter silos after receiving technical approval from factory experts and passing through initial cleaning stages in a mechanized process
Transfer to degreasing unit
Oilseeds are directed in a specific direction based on their type, and degreasing is done in stages before they enter the refining stage.
Transfer to oil refinery unit
After entering the factory, crude vegetable oil is unloaded into crude oil reservoirs. There are two sources of crude vegetable oil. Transmission pipelines transport rapeseed and soy liquid oils to crude oil reservoirs; palm olein, palm oil, and sunflower oil are import products that are transported to factory and crude oil reservoirs via various modes of transportation after being unloaded at ports.
Transfer to filling halls
Following the degreasing and refining stages, the product is delivered to final oil refining reservoirs where it is packaged as bottles, cans, bags, cartons, and bulk oil.
The factory's output
Finally, after going through various processes, the product is ready to be marketed to consumers, and it is sent to its destinations based on the packaging type and the target consumer, in collaboration with the logistics unit.
