Mahidasht B.I.K Oil Seed Extraction Plant
This factory, which is located in Sarbandar Industrial Town, is a subsidiary of Kesht va Sanat Mahidasht Kermanshah Co. and one of Iran's largest degreasing factories. One of the company's distinguishing features is its experienced expert team, which specializes in managerial, production, technical, quality control, and production control. Proper geographical location, proximity to port facilities, railway and roads, advanced machines, high degreasing capacity, and supplying oil cake to the Iranian market have all contributed to this factory's unique position

Bean input, weighing, and quality control
Beans are transported to the factory via trucks and/or wagons, stored, weighed using digital scales before entering the production line for PLC processing
Threshing
Following bean distribution, beans enter the meshes of the preparing unit and, after passing through certain stages, enter the de-stoner machine.
Grinding
At this point, the grain enters the crackers and is crushed into particles of varying sizes to aid in the baking process
Baking
The beans are put in the cooker machine under indirect steam at a specific temperature and pressure to facilitate degreasing and reduce impurities in the extracted oil, as well as to improve the flaking operation of the ground particles
Flaking
To increase bean expansion and facilitate degreasing, the ground particles are flaked under the pressure of the flaker machine rollers, facilitating the oil extraction process and better penetration of the hexane solvent into the bean. The flaked beans are fed into the extractor, where they are mixed with a specific amount of normal hexane solvent at a specific pressure and temperature. Finally, the oil beans are dissolved in a hexane solvent and extracted at a specific concentration
Oil extraction using a solvent
The oil is separated from the solvent after micella passes through the operator under vacuum. During the process, the condensers transport the solvent to the solvent tank. The oil is transferred to a crude oil storage tank after complete dehexaneation, and then it is degummed before being sent to refineries and packaging plants.
Solvent separation from oil cake
The DT-DC machine performs this operation.
DT
After passing through the condensers, DT is dehexaneated by the heat of water vapor, and the solvent separated from the oil cake is passed to the solvent tank.
The oil cake is transported to DC and then, via chain conveyor, to the oil cake warehouse after cooling and dehumidification. Finally, it is loaded and transported to livestock and poultry processing facilities.
